Ecological and sustainable product
VISENDUM® contains 70% pine wood, which comes from clearing forests and sawmill waste, to help preven deforestation of tropical forests.
Recyclable product
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood is 100% recyclable at the end of its useful life, without loss of propierties on the part of the material and with a system to reuse the same material for more than 250 years.
PEFC Certificate
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood bears the use of the PEFC 10-1-1 mark of the Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification, number PEFC/10-31-2220. (Environmental certification system that promotes sustainable forest management).
Technical-environmental advantages
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood does not contain PVC or abundant silicates from rice husks. It also does not contain heavy metals, VOCs or aldehydes that can be harmful to health.
Anti-slip
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood meets the requirements of the on wet floors for users CTE (Tecnical Building Code) on sliping outdoors and wet environment. Saber más For EXTERIOR CTE DB-SUA/1requires compliance with the European Test UNE 41901:2017 EX to determine the value of Slip Resistance. Minium requirement Rd>45, class 3.VISENDUM® passes the slip test which makes it suitable for outdoor placement, with a classification higher than Rd>45:Class 3. For WET FLOORS (both Indoor and Outdoor) CTE DA DB-SUA/3 requires compliance with the Test on wet floors for users with shoes, on an inclined plane DIN 51130. Minimum CTE requirement: R11.VISENDUM® obtains a classification higher than R11: in the longitudinal direction of the table R12 and in the transverse direction R13. CTE DA DB SUA/3 also requires compliance with the Test on wet floors for users with BAREFOOT feet, on an inclined plane DIN 51097. Minimum CTE requirement:class B. VISENDUM® obtains Class C, higher than Class B.
Resistant to extreme climates
All our products are resistant to extreme climates, with installations in ski resorts, in the desert or in the tropics, since we accredit the European Test EN 321: We pass the test of 8 consecutive week cycles : 3 days submerged in water at 20ºC, 1 day in the freezer at -15ºC, 3 days in an oven at 70ºC. After 8 consecutive complete cycles of one week each, the rupture energy (shock resistance) increases by 7.3% and the material does not rot or desintegrate.
Resistant to lignivorous fungi
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood accredits the European test of resistance to NF EN 335 fire-eating fungi with results suitable for risk classes 1, 2, 3 and 4. The average relative mass loss is less than 5%, being the c exterior us, according to the Technical Building Code.
Hardness
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood accredits the European hardness test NF EN 685, with classification of classes 23, 33, 34, 42 and 43, suitable for intensive use of the floor.
Fire resistant
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood accredits the European test UNEEN 13823 for fire resistance, from C S1 D0.
Resistant to salt and chlorine
All our products are resistant to the action of salt and chlorine which makes us leaders in pool and boardwalk installations.
Moisture resistant
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood accredits the European water resistance test NF EN 317, with a swelling of less than 0.4% after 24 hours of immersion in water.
Acoustic isolation
European quality test for acoustic insulation in fences VISENDUM® UNE-EN 1793-2:1998 with a result of DRL = 30 dB and B3 classification.
Wind resistant
European quality test EN-CAPE-08-219 -C-V0 for winf resistance of VISENDUM® fences, with wind resistance results of up to 100 km/hour.
Immune to termites
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood accredits the European test NF EN 118 for resistance to termites , resulting in immunity to them.
Guaranteed Product
VISENDUM® Engineered Wood offers a guarantee of up to 25 years for private use and 10 years for public use.
70% Pine Wood
The mass composition of VISENDUM® is 70% recycled pine wood and 30% high-density polymer with natural dyes.
Low surface temperature
VISENDUM® is the materia with the lowest proportion of polymer on the market, therefore the absorption of heat due to the action of the sun´s rays is minimal. VISENDUM® Engineered Wood accredits the test EN 410 and ASTM E 1980 on Solar Reflexion Index (SRI). SRI of 32 (W m-2 k-1).
It doesn´t generate static electricity
VISENDUM® doesn´t generate the static electricity that others materials such as synthetic composites produce, due to the high pine wood composition of our material.
Stable color
VISENDUM® maintains the color stable even in continous exposure to the elements of the weather and sunlight.
